The GOOD Bluebonnet Pics

Momma and I went back to the bluebonnet field yesterday and got some more pics. It was soooo hot! T has a good time. In the pic where he's holding the flower - it looks like he's saying "I'm so macho I will look TOUGH holding this girly flower! ARGH!!"

Bluebonnets

I've got two things to tell here...Let's start with the most important ::snicker::

HE SAYS "MAMA"!! OK, he also says it constantly, now. Mainly when he wants me to hold him or have him sit on my lap...which is pretty much 24/7. But, it's a love/hate thing. It may drive me nuts, but I love it!

OK - So, I tried to find a place that has good bluebonnets. I finally found one after Googling "Garland bluebonnets". I'm going to have to go back with some help, because the kid only wanted to play with the flowers instead of look at the camera. His eyes are pretty sensitive, so it's hard for him to look up at the camera like he's supposed to.
We also got our pics in from JC Penny's, which are beautiful! There was a woman there with newborn twins picking up her pics and the lady just counted out the sheets to confirm that they were all there. When she did that for me, she could barely count them for "oohing" and "awwing" over his pics! She just went on and on about how beautiful and cute he is. Of course, we all already know that. hehe We have several more than what we got printed, because there was a spot on the inside of the lens when we got our pictures done. Let me just tell you what a GREAT child he is. We had two different outfits, so we had a changing halfway through. Then, we had to do retakes in the FIRST outfit. Every single picture came out perfect and he was a happy camper the entire time. The photographer went on and on about how he was the prettiest baby she's seen in a while and the most well-behaved. She said he was a joy to shoot. Of course, he does love the attention and admiration. We are going to have to order the CD of pics and Photoshop the spots out, which means Grammy and Pap can have even more pics.

Anyway, here are the pics of the bluebonnets. I know Sue really wanted me to have some. Mom and I are going to leave the studio early today and get his pictures in the bluebonnets again. Hopefully a bit better, this time.

Love to all!

Sorry We're Late

Sorry I haven't posted anything lately. It's been a little hectic. T is now starting to get some attachment problems and doesn't want me to leave the room or put him down. I hear that happens at this age a lot. Oh well. It's a love/hate thing. I love it, but it drives me crazy.

He's such a sweet little man, though. He laughs nearly constantly, unless you're leaving him in the room to do something (like use the potty...silly me) or he's refusing to sleep. He loooooves the All My Children theme song. That always catches his attention and makes him smile. He's totally into it. I even think he hates Ryan and Kendall as much as I do. heehee He loves it when I push my nose up and oink at him. And he is definitely a fool for his Granddaddy and Pap. He also met his Uncle Charlie this evening and loved him, too. He loves all of those big Podlucky men that remind him of his daddy. We are also crawling like a pro, now! "Yipee" for him and "oh no" for us. He's now crawling, cruising, rolling, and climbing all over the place constantly, now.

We're headed back to the studio tomorrow and Friday. We've cut that down to two days a week now that he's moving around all the place all the time. I know his Shugar and Granny Julie will be happy to see him.

I have a couple of pics that are really cute and silly I wanted to post for y'all. I'll do my best to get another post up next week or sooner.

Love to all!
